for a dynamic and motivated Acquisition Coordinator to help grow our network of agents
and property listings.
Job Overview:
The Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding our real estate
platform by identifying and onboarding real estate agents and property listings. The
successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging social media and other online
channels to find potential clients, engaging with them, and promoting our platform. This
position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep
understanding of social media dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Search and Outreach:
o Proactively search all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
etc.) to identify real estate agents, property listings for sale or rent, and
potential clients.
o Monitor and track relevant hashtags, groups, and forums to find individuals
and businesses involved in real estate.
o Engage with users on social media platforms to discuss our platform and the
benefits of listing with us.

o Initiate contact with real estate agents, property owners, and other relevant
individuals identified on social media.
o Present and explain the benefits of joining our site, focusing on the value of
being part of a central hub for Philippine real estate.
o Promote our free signup deal and emphasize the global advertising efforts
that increase visibility for listings on our platform.
o Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, answering any
questions and addressing concerns to encourage them to join our platform.
